Mood: Amused, yet disgusted.

Reading the news per usual, and I come across [ this article ] about harsh treatment of a detainee down in an American prison in Guantanamo Bay that possibly had a role in planning some aspect of 9/11. I found the following amusing:

"Afterward, interrogators began their sessions with al-Qahtani at midnight and awakened him with dripping water or Christina Aguilera music if he dozed off, the magazine article reported."

I'm glad I'm not the only one to find Christina Aguilera's music to be torturously intolerable.
